KEUNE Blonde: Lightening, Bleaching, Toning

My name is Martin Borko. I am a hairstylist, owner of a private salon in Bratislava, and have been working in the industry since 1996. Throughout my career, I have specialized in advanced colouring techniques, complete image transformations, blond hair, and my greatest passion—long hair and elegant updos.

Competitions have always played an important role in my professional journey. I became Slovak Champion and Vice-Champion in the technical category, Slovak Champion in the fashion category, a finalist of the Czech & Slovak Hairdressing Awards in the Commercial Hairstyle category, and proudly represented Slovakia at the World Hairdressing Championships in Milan and Paris. I have also expanded my expertise through professional training in the Czech Republic, Austria, and France.

For many years, I worked as a GOLDWELL Brand Ambassador and collaborated with leading magazines including Salón, Eva, and Star.

Today, I am proud to be part of the KEUNE team. This brand has given me a new perspective on aesthetics, quality, and professional haircare. Its philosophy, "The Art of Hair Design," perfectly reflects my own approach by combining scientific innovation with artistic creativity.

I truly believe that great hairstylists never stop learning. That is why I continuously develop my own skills and enjoy sharing my knowledge and practical experience with fellow professionals. During my training sessions, I aim to teach not only techniques and colour formulas but also the way of thinking that helps hairstylists grow, improve, and achieve exceptional results every day.
